Brief Description: Merc isnt gaining rage with static smash even though its a direct attack with your primary. It may not deal damage but it does attack your opponent. There should be a rage gain, might have been overlooked.
Error Messages (if any): none


Step by step details to duplicate issue:
1. Get in match
2. Use static smash
3. No Rage gain

As an attacker, rage is gained at a rate of 110% of damage blocked (by the opponent's defense/resistance) + 1% per 4 support you have over the defender, up to a maximum rate of 125%. If at a support disadvantage, the minimum rate is 95%.

When you use static smash, you attack the opponent for 0 damage and 0 damage is blocked by the opponent's defense/resistance. Thus, any percentage of 0 is 0 and so you gain 0 points of rage, so this isn't a bug.
