Hi all. i tested all classes and wanna say that the best classes are blood mage and cyber hunter. the only reason is that main energy skills cool down are 3

mercenary
tactical mercenary
tech mage
bounty hunter

these classes main energy skills cool down are 4 and this is awful. just terrible. decrease steal or backup energy gain and do 3 cool downs all main energy skills. i mean: static grenade, energy backup, and static smash

play with blood mage and cyber hunter class is much more comfortable than with other 4 classes. this is my suggestion. 4 cool down must be only field medic. 4 cool downs main energy skills kill the class killing the game

I actually want atom smasher to go to a 2 turn CD. It would be somewhat reminiscent of old TLM builds.

Battery backup needs to stay as 4 turns because of the sheer power it has. Same with static grenade. With a decent amount of support investment static grenade is a monstrous skill for draining 350+ energy while restoring over 200. If they aren't going to buff static smash though then going to a 3 turn CD would arguably be a fair buff.
