The armor's mastercraft bonus is given -3 BTH to anything attacking you.
Updates
February 7, 2015: The armor was released. On that day, if you paid 250 Z-Tokens, cleared all battles, found and defeated Cyclone Wyvern from that quest, then you could buy the Cyclone Wyvern Shapeshift. Otherwise, it was available on February 8, 2015 as its first day release sequence.
