Faction levels should be determined by the level and amount of players that are in your faction. It should range from 1-40. We should also rework faction leaderboards to work with this suggestion. The leaderboards should range from tiers 1-40 as well limiting factions to compete within their level. This could cut out the frustration that some of us have with dealing with facs that alt and bring back the competitive aspect of the game concerning factions.

I think I like that faction level is determined by influence, and I don't think that would change because influence actually takes skill as opposed to just gathering a whole bunch of level 40s. What I would suggest though is different color faction names.

Three simple colors
White: Standard
Blue: for having all level 40s
Gold: for having all level 40s rank 60s.
