Lets see
TLM
No change with the exception that Atom smasher would be used by just about every TLM now seeing as they (the player who play this class) refuse to use it due to the club require. However atom smasher in turn would be taking a nerf seeing as it scales with primary damage which in turn works off of strength. Battery back up would remain unchanged.
BM
Strength BM would love this seeing as the support requirement would be gone and they would be free to abuse it along with just about all other non focus and support builds. Could become a balance issue depending on the meta.
TM
Assimilation would need to be reworked seeing as if it improves with nothing then it in turn would be getting another nerf due to this. Other than this it couldn't be too much of an issue.
BH
They would be getting a massive nerf due to Static grenade not scaling with support which in turn could really hurt BH's.
CH
EMP would get a massive nerf seeing as the Tech scaling is what makes this move an energy nuke. Not only this but Static charge would need a rework as well seeing as it scales with support just like EMP works with tech. Without reworks of these skills cyber hunter could become unplayable due to the current meta.
Merc
Static smash would need a rework seeing as the strength improvement (due to it working off of primary damage which scales with strength) would be gone and could very well hurt the class even more then it is hurting now for most.
