Expanding this to EpicDuel. Happy New Year!

I know some of you guys hate this game, yet still play it. If you choose to do so, what do you think could help improve and balance the game next year (at the forum time of this post, it is still 2015; when the forum clock strikes 0:00:00 1/1/16 will it be a new year) and attract players new and old and retired? What are your hopes and wishes that will keep the game afloat and bring us back to those juicy numbers of the amount of players online (1000+)?

Lord Machaar -> RE: Happy New Year! (12/31/2015 20:27:26)

My first account on ED was created on 2010, so it has been almost 6 years since I started playing the game, and 8 years since I started with AE (started in 2008 with MQ). You simply can not hate ED if you are a true player. You just can't, I spent many good times in this, bad times too, sure sometimes your inner mind says you could be playing a better game, etc... etc... but then you remember your friends and what makes ED unique. I might criticize the game, but that's just for the good for it, and because I care, otherwise I would simply just quit without helping devs locate what's lacking the game.

That's just life, nothing is eternal, ED had its good times, bad times, today we live in a new area. I guess we should stop blaming it all on Omega, sure it takes a part of responsability, but ED reached this because mobile gaming takes over, otherwise, we wouldn't have seen other famous browser games perish as well.

Happy new year, stay safe. Wish you all the best of luck in 2016.

ED is special. No matter what, I cannot find it in myself to hate it. It's a casual, but extremely competitive free browser game that is much more thought provoking than any other AE game out there. I'm not even sure if there is another game of the same genre and quality out there.

I love this game despite its frustrations even though I don't play as often as I used to. My problem wit this game is that there are never enough quests. I used to come back every week for the new quests and now they've become too hard for me. One of the main reasons I avoid playing it though is the childish trolls.
Aside from all that, like I said above, I really enjoy the game.
