The berserker killer -> Cap the First turn % (1/1/2016 12:15:29)
I believe the first turn % should be capped because at the endof the day its just supposed to a % chance at going first, nothing guaranteed. So, if you guys can follow along with me, support mercs shouldnt always go first against support focus builds with 45+35 on their supp, or even anyone with 70-80 support at all.
