This isn't a bug, this is an inevitable consequence of intense activity concentrated in a few locations. Mitigating this will require costly upgrades to the servers themselves simply for an event that takes place for a month each year.

there was a update in design notes which i don't remember the date saying that the servers hardware was updated, which is non sense is that last year there was no lag after massive gifts, now with the servers updated the game lags. i believe that the 1st romanian super gift party crashed something in the game and then all others after this is lagging the game.
