The berserker killer -> Requirements? (1/11/2016 20:17:41)

For this discussion I would like to pose the question "What do you expect from people".

What are your expectations of:

-Testers
-People who post in balance threads
-People who suggest ideas
-People who write the story line
-People who create the wars

What exactly should they be like? What level should they be? How much experience should they have? Do they have to try all the classes? Should they have a good record? Should they play the game at least 3 hours a day? What do you expect?

I am going to just put this here. All volunteers are expected to do around ten hours a week and to not go out drive that number up. If you want a reason why just look at Ash.

I don't expect anything from people who suggest ideas since it's just them throwing out whatever comes to mind which is perfectly acceptable. They do, however, need to understand why their suggestion is good/poor based off of others' criticisms and keep an open mind.

Similar kind of thing for balance although what I expect from people who post in the balance subforums is that they put a lot of thought into their suggestions rather than rageposting about RNG screwing them over or reflexively posting about a specific build being OP then suggesting a balance "fix" which will just make the game more broken.
