I don't know if this is a bug or not.
Player: Vizrus
Class: Cyber Hunter
Browser: Google Chrome
I was in 1v1
Repeat bug by
Step one: Other player used shadow arts
Step two: then he static grenades
Step three: I use max level emp it should take 529, Only stole 329.
I think shadow arts is the reason why my emp didn't take as much as it should of which caused me to lose the match.

This is intentional. Shadow Arts reduces all direct damage, both HP and EP, by the listed percentage. In other words EMP, Static Grenade, Atom Smash and Static Smash will have their drains reduced by Shadow Arts. Assimilation and Parasite's drain and poison are considered effects rather than damage, and are thus not affected by Shadow Arts (the initial HP damage inflicted by those skills is however affected).

also assimilation and poison should also be effected by which makes no sense that they aren't .

Their effects aren't primary like EMP grenade, or the others but secondary which is why Shadow arts has no effect on poison, Energy parasite, or assimilation.
