Brief Description: if u click someones faction it says u can message them but u cant
Error Messages (if any): _________ was not a valid mail recipeint
Step by step details to duplicate issue:
1. look at someones faction that is not yours
2. go to ur mail
3. try to type a reciepient for ur mail and see that u can select people from that faction (that u are not in)
4. attempt to send a mail to them
5. get an error message

Additional Details (if any): this does not affect my life in anyway but its ugly and annoying so thanks
