I think you should receive a private message when someone post in the NoteBot. The message is only to notificate that someone has post something.
Why? Because the NoteBot system is not so practical. If you want to be aware of any post you have to check the NoteBot everyday and is not as simple as pressing 1 button.
If this is implemented, you wont need to check the NoteBot everyday. A private message will tell you when you have to check it.
