in a lot of battles my robot is almost always blocked and I figured this had to be a glitch, anyone with over 100 dex almost never gets hit by it and I feel as though this is a bug. if it is not a bug I want to know what it is. is it that the block chance is to high or some other reason. thank you

Having bad luck isn't a bug. See this page for more details on how block chance is calculated. Tagged as resolved.
