The berserker killer -> Congratulate your "buddy" (4/24/2016 16:52:24)

The buddy list doesn't have enough depth in it, just like a lot of features in this game. It was half-implemented like devs put it in and didn't continue to develop with it. So heres my idea:
My suggestion is that whenever your "buddy" accomplishes a certain task or achievement then his name in your buddylist will be Highlighted or turn Blue, any indication whatsoever that they completed an accomplishment.
At that point you can click on his name and then click on a "Congratulate" button that will allow you to congratulate that buddy.
When you "Congratulate" that buddy you will receive a fixed amount of credits based on the difficulty of their accomplishment. So something small like a lvl 1 becoming a lvl 2 wouldn't award nearly as much as a level 40 rank 1 becoming a lvl 40 rank 2. Acquiring achievements will also count as an "Accomplishment" and those achievements will also have a fixed rate.
Accomplishments include:
Getting Achievements
Leveling up
Winning certain events
