Some suggestions based on my personal experience and general knowledge: Try turning off firewalls and antiviruses for as long as you are only on AQ3D and maybe other very trusted sites, clearing cache via https://unity3d.com/webplayer/setup or maybe just using a trusted VPN or proxy(one bad one is Hola,avoid it). I can try giving you another suggestion later if those don't work.

EDIT Just to be clear turning off antiviruses and firewalls is only a temporary measure when you are on AQ3D,not something you should keep off.
