These were not phase promos and idk if it was an accident that they weren't mentioned, but they definitely should be added, especially after frostbite came in...

racing.lo.mas -> RE: Massive Strike, Mark of Azrael (12/2/2016 23:17:13) It's because they are seasonal cores, so they came in a specific event or period of time. That's why those cores weren't added yet. (I think). Frostbite came because we are actually in the winter event.
