It is just as the title says.

Even though you can restrict you homes to friends or yourself, sometimes with the public feature you tend to attract annoying people who you just want to boot. While at someone else's home an extra button could appear that when pressed can teleport the person out of the home to where they were last.

IF someone is in your house and you lock it, they can stay and harass you. Being able to kick people out is a great solution. :)
