This shield formed of fruitcake gives great resistance to Water and defence against Melee attacks. Just holding it makes you want to finish battles faster, this causes you to regenerate SP!

Analysis
MC: Regens SP worth 2.5% melee damage. This takes a *0.85 penalty for being auto-hit. If the monster can't attack, the SP Regen is tripled.
