I Believe that EpicDuel should have a monthly PvP Tournament.

Price to compete in the Tournament:
50,000 Credits or 750 Varium

1v1 Tournament Rules

Players will battle 5 times.
The best out of 5 wins the round and they shall move on to the next to compete.
Players shall be divided into their Classes and will firstly face players which have the same class as them.
When there is only 1 player with the particular class remaining they shall face their rival class.
In other words Tech Mage vs Blood Mage, Bounty Hunter vs Cyber Hunter and finally Mercenary vs Tactical Mercenary.
The last man standing in the Tournament will be "The Champions of 1v1"

2v2 Tournament Rules

Players will decide who will be each others partners BUT they can only have 1 partner and BOTH players must agree.
Each team will battle their opponents 3 times
Once they've completed the 3 battles, the winner will be chosen and they shall move to the next round.
The last pair standing in the Tournament will be "The Champions of 2v2"

- Levels 30+ can only participate in the Tournament
- Play Fairly and Respectfully

PRIZES

Every Player will be awarded with an Seasonal-Rare achievement "1v1 Tournament Winner" or "2v2 Tournament Winner"
Additionally, they shall be awarded with "Champion Gear"
Which can only can be earned by winning the tournament, there will be an Energy version and Physical Version of the Gear too

Class matchups shouldn't necessarily be vs. the same class. I'm assuming you want it like that since some classes are weaker than others, but it also takes away a lot of flavor from tournaments to only fight your own class. Might be possible as a separate tournament category though.

Your rule list is really vague and nondescript.

As a side note, this will probably need a lot of time to get implemented and there are a lot of things that the developers need to focus on instead when working on ED, like addressing juggernaut problems and whatnot.

I understand how implementing this mode may take awhile but it would make the game a whole lot more enjoyable and could potentially bring back old players.

I can't see how a tournament for 50.000 credits can be enjoyable if you can only get credits for real on december. The idea seems interesting with a new battle mode but I disagree with the rest. Not worth the credits. Also seems really hard to work specially with servers almost empty.

@Immportalization: How does not fixing the combat system bring back the players who have left because of a broken combat system?
