This bike has not been restocked from Caden since the last two restocks and I would assume this is a glitch since every limited item restocks up to 50. I hope this would be fixed.

On the wiki the Necro Tech Bike is also tagged as a seasonal rare. The date of when wiki page was created is 14 May 2016‎, May 13th was Friday the 13th. From those two things, I would assume that it's one of the seasonal Friday the 13th items and it only returns on Friday the 13th (that is, if devs don't forget about it, lol...).
