On the Login Issues page, the link about a forgotten password just sends you to the game screen. Could it be possible to simply direct someone to the screen where you submit your email for a forgotten password? Clicking on the link at the help page could take you to this screen: Password Reset
It would be one less step for players. And it probably won't be a huge improvement but it does make things a little simpler, not that it even is much of a challenge to click Forgot Password on the game screen.
There could be other things but this is one rather minor thing I noticed.
