hi I'm unworldlyz in game currently stuck at level 11 any advice please

Start grinding? There are dungeons if you havent done those, gear to get if you havent done that. At level 11 you should be in Doomwood Forest getting ready to move into the graveyard. If you havent done all the quests in the "older" areas, I recommend finishing those out.
