I haven't been active for 2-3 years until recently, I got ratings from Legendary Ash for 2 characters. A problem I am having is being able to find their location since most info subs do not tell their location and if they do most time they only tell what the event is called. If the event is still accessible, you'd likely have to ask in Q&A for the directions to the location. I do find some by going to the quest info subs, but it's a lot of items to try to find that way.
The Encyclopedia has and probably always will be behind lol, they provide everything, the info subs may as well be the encyclopedia for newer items.
