Not every "finished" look is required to have an item for each slot. Shrade himself doesn't have a cape or shoudlers, for example.
To complete his look, you simply need to either not wear those items, or wear invisible costume pieces that hide your real items (like a "No-Cape" cape, which will be in the game at some point.)
Right now, you can use any other items from the game that combines well with it. The only problem is when such item does not exist yet.
I would love to have a belt that fits the NightGuard set well, but no current belt works. They keep adding new items, so we will see.
