D-Piddy
Cosplayer / YouTuber
Fan of D-Piddy's YouTube videos? He is a famous cosplayer & YouTuber. Best known for dressing as a particular superhero who's movie is doing really well in theaters right now. <_< If you have never seen his crazy YouTube videos (one of them has 26 Million views O_O), check them out! He is shrouded in mystery though. D-Piddy always wears a mask. No one knows what looks like in real-life. A mystery that we lovingly continued in-game...

    Week #4 Video!
    Watch our l atest video with Vesper, Cysero, and I. And this time... it is under 31 minutes O_O

    Battle on!
    ...and beware that "EXTRA" trap Llussion added right before we released. (Although it might unlock an exploration achievement & title)

    BONUS Story Time!
    I met D-Piddy at Anime Impulse a few years ago when he showed up at our booth and murdered RL Dage and I (It was in one of his videos). We got better. Using Spiderman Ice Cream as bait (not making this up) we lured him to our hotel room-- where a group of us hung out all night, telling stories and laughing.

    This past Monday, I had posted a video of our production schedule. During the video I said we might have time to pull off a mini-release for this week... something to hold us over until the Dragon's Graveyard releases next week. A lot of players excitedly asked us to do a release of THIS theme. So we, you know, did!

    Once I saw Dage's finished art, I knew what we had to do. I called D-Piddy. This was actually last night. (Talk about short notice!) I am in shock that he agreed to it without hesitation-- and very grateful to him for being a part of the release! We wrote the script together with Cysero while D-Piddy was packing to drive up to a convention taking place this weekend in California. Unable to send him images to proof any other way, I started sending him photos through Twitter. In case you saw that and wondered what the heck was going on. Thank you to D-Piddy for being a part of this release. It is a shorty, but a goodie. Hope you love it!

    This was a pretty cool mini release hope it sets the standard for other releases of its kind

    XeNON_54 -> RE: =AQ3D= News May 25th, 2018: DreadFool's Labyrinth (5/28/2018 7:50:49)

    You can't combine Tragic and Comedy masks? Would've been cool to have a half n' half mask in game.

    Ninjaty -> RE: =AQ3D= News May 25th, 2018: DreadFool's Labyrinth (5/31/2018 22:39:08)

    A friend of mine really wanted this gear, but since we got utterly crushed when fighting alone (as level 20 characters no less). Together we fared better, but still only one of us ended up surviving the fight, with the other barely holding on, so we decided that it simply wasn't worth it. The standard monsters were just too tanky and powerful to be enjoyable to fight. For this to be the case with the boss monster would be more understandable, but with how many resources one needs, the standard monsters should not be this hard.

    We came back to the game after a bit of inactivity, expecting this fun little Deadpool release, and just got utterly punished for even thinking about having a good time.

    ^ Its fun if you bring more people with you so you can actually beat the monsters. I think the difficulty of this dungeon promotes socialization which is good for any MMO. If you potspam you can eventually kill them alone tho.

    Ninjaty -> RE: =AQ3D= News May 25th, 2018: DreadFool's Labyrinth (6/1/2018 11:25:10)

    I agree that socializing is good for MMORPGs, but there is a difference between being social with people, and being dehumanized to the point of just being a bag of numbers. Socializing is to talk to and spend time with people, for the sake of the people. The individual is essentially reduced to a soulless husk, that serves no purpose other than bringing more numbers to the table.

    Don't get me wrong, my friend and I are no strangers to dungeons that specifically challenges the players to become soulless husks for the promise of much more powerful gear, but those are about the items, not about being social with people, as proven by the fact that people will often try to get through them as efficiently as possible, rather than standing around talking. This dungeon, from how they advertised it, seemed to be just about the fun, but apparently it was just another efficiency test.
