Hermetical -> Public API for developers (8/13/2018 2:06:41)
I think it would be cool if other developers could create some web/mobile applications using Epic Duel's data.
For instance, we could have some GET routes for players, their items, wins, etc. Factions would also be incredibly cool.
It would be cool if it was able to keep track of daily wins/loses as well, and maybe last logged in.
Is this possible?

Too much work for the developers. It won't be happening.

@nowras Creating public routes is definitely not a difficult or time consuming task. Plus they already have routes to create things like character pages.
I find it troubling that you dismissed this idea without proper understanding of the topic, and then made a conclusion on it without proper authority.
If we were requesting POST routes then by all means it may be a little bit more on the DevOps level, as you would need public/private keys but for GET requests I can't really imagine why this would be a hard thing to do, and I certainly don't think it should be dismissed just like that.

Would this be cool for a handful of people that know how to build something with it? Absolutely. That said, I personally don't think this is a worthwhile investment.
