Firstly, we must buff Strength and Support builds dramatically before applying this change to keep everything balanced.

Now we all want to bring back Passives and we also don’t want to get rid of actives and I found this to be the best way to do so.
With each focus level you gain 2 Passive skill points. Each class will have its old passive skills back and you will be able to use only 10 skill points at max (5 Focus), which means you can only max out one of the 2 skills each class has and this will leave the other one on level 0, which would make it harder to find the best combination. New passive skills could also be added to all classes without a problem. The skill menue will be accessible from a menue similar to the legendary menue but it will be accessible during the time when you’re making your build and not after.

Personally I would rather much have the old passives back and get rid of these accursed Actives. Without them the stupid energy meta will be dead seeing as it was that change that caused the overstress on energy. Also with things back as they were all the old classes will finally get back to being just that (classes).

Ever since this stupid energy meta started, and the stupid band aid fixes (Cough make all classes energy classes cough) everything that was once unique about a class was destroyed. BM used to be able to make strong offensive builds that didn't need energy regain due to the HP gain being enough. TLM was the best jug class and one of the best tanking classes there was thanks to it's passive mineral armor and reroute to keep it going and so forth.

I would love to see what we once had before the passive to active change wreaked it, so if getting our passives back meant saying bye bye to actives all I have to say to actives is (So long, fair well, you shall be missed)

Lastly by taking away the actives and making the passives go back a certain overpowered bot that got indirectly buffed because of said change would go back to being far more balanced.

I also think that old Passives were way more balanced than the energy meta but the devs refused to roll back this change and thus I had to think about another way of bringing back Passives.

NightWraith is trying to be a crowd pleaser. I'd like to see passives back as a whole. I don't think not having passives as any build but focus is really that great of an idea.

This current energy meta imo needs to go away, whether that's adding back passives and removing those skills, or just removing those skills, the energy meta needs to die.

Majority of people want passives back the way they used to be even with the negatives that comes with it, the positives outweigh them though.

The original reason they changed passives into actives was an attempt to make more 'diverse' builds. Problem with it was that they made the actives varied versions of what the passives used to be and had most of them (that weren't energy giving related) cost energy.

So if anything the change not only didn't serve it's purpose but caused problems down the line that made things worse.

If NightWraith made a poll to either

A) Bring back passives how they used to be

B) Bring back passives in a different way

Pretty sure the answer would be A in a very dominant fashion

I fully support passives instead of actives.
