Epicduel login problem (Full Version)

I am able to login but When I get to choose Epic server , it says in red « please clear your web browser and cache and login again .

I cleared cache and cookie , updated my flash player , tried everything , it does not work

I play on internet explorer


I do clear cookies every weeks after Epicduel updates and sometimes download recent flash player and work well after
but this time i'm out of options on how to clear this problem

I can access the game but not my characters , somewhere there the problem .


Edit : Tried on Google Chrome and It works .So there are a problem with internet explorer

This usually happens after an update and clearing your cache and restarting your browser should solve it, can you try on another web browser and see what happens?

Usually Internet Explorer is slow due to its old age I would say as an educated guess. Not a lot of people use it (including myself).

I tried logging in using Firefox (on MacBook Pro) and using Puffin (IPhone 8), and it worked definitely fine on both, and I used the personal hotspot on my IPhone (4G LTE).

My theory is just use a broswer that's fast and efficent like Google Crome for instance.
