When I go to use Venom Strike on the Cyber Hunter it isn't used and it glitches out for about 45 seconds and skips your turn.

Did this happen prior to the recent update today, or after the update was released? Can you replicate it?

I changed to CH just now and applied Venom Strike the first turn with no interruptions, glitches etc, as you see here: https://i.imgur.com/mXAGX3T.png

This started to happen right after the update was applied.

I see now. Because the update require Venom Strike to use Dexterity now.
