I don't know if its a bug or it was intended to work like this, but this core allows to use your gun 3 times in 4 turns. If you want to reply this you have to do this turn by turn: 1. Use gun 2. Here you can do whatver you want (Gun 2 turns CD) 3. (Gun has 1 turn CD) Use wolf's fury core. 4. Your gun is ready to be used again Is like wolf's fury doesn't reset the CD.
