I know that blocking got removed while stunned, I think this should go away as well.
You're asleep, how can you deflect something?

Edit: Alright, I guess you can deflect while you're asleep, but the point is I don't think it should exist.

I think deflecting is done by your armor. Conscious or not, you still have a chance of deflecting.

This is why it improves with technology. If your armor is high tech, it is better at deflecting bullets.

Also, maybe you sleep walk deflect it :)

blocking while stunned being removed actually made sense seeing as while you are stunned you can't move so you shouldn't be blocking period However deflections on the other hand can be done with armor so sleep or not it does make sense even if at times it is extremely annoying.
