it could be a great str buff which make sense imo.

Could you please explain why Strength should in turn improve HP gain as well? I honestly myself don't see this as a good thing because all this would promote is more high HP strength builds who barely invest anything into the other stats. Especially with items that got recent buffs such as the Celtic cleaver and all the other saint Patrick day items that make blocks less likely to happen with strikes.
