Cant pick up UltraGuardian Plate (Full Version)

Draxx -> Cant pick up UltraGuardian Plate (7/21/2019 5:09:37)

After a handful of years comeback I tried to get my hands on UltraGuardian Plate (Melee version) but after finishing the quest and trying to pick the armor I get:

Is it because my shield is the !!! version? Because I can't change back to normal shield from what I've noticed.
What can I do? What am I missing?

Try going to guardian tower and getting the temp shield. Maybe that will allow you to get the ultraguardian armor.

Did not work, tried changing multiple times to different versions of Awe Armor/Shield and Guardian Armor/Shield, temporary and permanent.

Nothing did the trick.

Have you also tried changing servers between the Guardian and Adventurer one? After that I'm out of ideas. Hope something works.

Free Servers didn't work either. Thanks for the suggestions


Side note: Tried finishing the quest again, didn't work. Clearing cache, did not work. Different browsers, same problem.

@afterlifex Is there a way to change back from the !!! shield?

If I try changing from Valencia, she takes my 20 z-token and tells me I need to re-log because there was an error. Repeated multiple times, same problem.

what is your current no drop armor?
have you tried getting the armor of awe then switching to ultra guardian?

I did use the armor of awe, its not working either.
