am thinking about getting a z-token package or two and i am wondering are the armor's scale-able or it is set at certain lvl??

The items from the Package shop are tiered into levels, but when added to your character, they follow a level range to determine which lv variant you receive.

is the store for the armors one time per purchase of the packages or multiple times as i lvl. ty for the help btw it is much helpfull to an old player like me :P :)

Any characters belonging to the same account name can purchase from the Package shops if one char has purchased it, there can be multiples of the item on each char.
