    If it fails, then the monster is teleported to Sinmaw's Lair. This gives it an Energy Elemental Vulnerability for the rest of the battle (100 + 10*[hits connected]/3/sqrt(monster power))% modifier). You can cast the skill again to increase the elemental vulnerability by an additional (+10*[hits connected]/3/sqrt(monster power)%) modifier.
