IQ -> Active Core its not working (9/21/2019 8:51:16)

(Im new here and my english its not great sorry)

The problem i find is with the active core called "Health booster" wich you can get from "Valestra" in Fortune City.
I buy the core and equip in my armor but just dont give me the boost (300 health points), i tried fight one random npc because i think that only work in combat and not work anyway.
I try relogin and nothing change still not working.

It works for me and all my alts. Can you upload a video?

It's an active and should work.

I can see the active core now and works

What happen was i play on the phone and i only see half of the screen (usually the left side) and the core its on the right side, far of my other skills xD

Sorry for the problem and thanks for the answers.
