did something happen with the Dragon Runestone? It's removed from all shops and replaced with an item called "Out of Stock"

Back in May of this year, they removed them (and many other AC Misc. items) due to some exploit and they haven't been added back yet. https://www.aq.com/gamedesignnotes/nosellonmiscs-7422
