I tried visiting my character's items in upgrade page (manage account)

And Upgrade Features are gone. I also want to check my remaining golden gift boxes but the link is gone as well, can someone tell me where to find it.

Yes i know that Link but the old page was gone and changed into new look,
the upgrade link is gone

When u click the character list it only show ur characters link to their page

No link for inventory upgrade
You can't even view ur current on hand golden giftboxes

It could be because you are using a mobile device. Try going into Desktop mode in the browser and see if it comes up.

Looks like a bug, can you share information of what device/browser you're using?

And can you try to replicate this in a different device/browser to see if the issue is solved?

Yes i am. Using a mobile.

Android via Puffin Browser


Ill try to use desktop later as for now i can only use my phone to access my account/characters.

I took another screenshot but the option is nowhere to be found.

Gear Button Missing

Apparently it just doesn't show up om mobile. I have the same issue when I just tried it.

Oh myyy.. This is going to be very inconvenient for us (mobile users)

I dont have much time to use our desktop due to my fiel8d work that is why i only use my mobile to play aq :(


Hopefully they would fix the site for mobile users. :(

Ok official answer, this is intended. The purpose is to avoid potential misclicks do to smaller devices given you are augmenting things having to do with the accounts (items etc.). Capt. will see about working on some alt interfaces for mobile but in the mean time you may (or may not) have luck holding the device horizontally. ~afterlifex

I did try rotating the screen to find that gear button unfortunately the gear wouldnt appear.

As for now ill wait for the updates. Thank u guys.

The gear also disappears in browser if the page isn't maximized (like if you resize the window to be smaller so that you can have multiple pages up on one screen)

I retooled the account manage site to work better on mobile.
