I've played around with a free character for a few months and have finally reached the decision to buy the DragonAmulet upgrade for the entire account. "Get the Advantage!" option gives +2k D-Coins to every character, which seems like an incredible idea, but I wanted to clarify a few things:

- Are the extra Coins given to all characters, or only the existing ones (as I only have 2 right now)? So if I start a new character, will it start with 2.2k Coins?

- If I delete a character and make a new one, will the new one get Coins?

- Is there any way to transfer Coins from one character to another (like AQ's Shared Vault)?

Yes, all characters you create in the future will start with 2200 DCs, giving you the ability to delete and recreate characters for endless DCs. You cannot transfer DCs between characters.
Also note that if you buy 6 DAs but DON'T get the 2000 DC add-on, you'll never get the option to buy it again and lose out on your endless DCs; I'd definitely recommend getting it.

Also to clarify, do only existing characters get amulets when purchased; or newly created ones will also get one up to 6 total?

Characters you create after buying the 6 DA package will have a DA on creation, yes.
