GoldenLion -> Recommended Z-Token Equipment Worth Grabbing? (9/26/2019 8:22:51)

I'm seeking to take advantage of the half off Z-Token equipment in game, and would like recommendations of MUST HAVE things while this discount is around.
I'm open to any and all end game equipment suggested. Thanks a lot.

White Knight Z has the strongest skill in the game.

Warrior Tower z-token SPells are some of the best options available to skillcasters, especially the Imbue spells.

If you're a werewolf, Terror Eater's skill, with two stacks of Snarl, CIT, Beastform or Bloodzerker and boosters can deal over 10k damage. The set's misc and shield can also be useful.

100-proc Rangers can make great use of Meduso and Stun bows.

Beastmasters should check out Doomquake Minions (2x damage earth guest), Memet (harm guest) and Pyre Rat Contract currently in LTS (water guest with +dam or burn for gold).

Thanks for the speedy reply!

I've been gone for about 2 years. I missed 2018's Frostval *cries*
I have just now become aware of the Castle estate. I currently live in a Deren Mansion. Should I prioritize a home upgrade over new equipment at this time?
Also since I would hypothetically be purchasing the estate at a discount that also lessens the value of z tokens I gain from it over time when I hypothetically plan to sell it in the future right?
If so, for the financial long run, would it be smarter for me to upgrade my estate while it's half off or wait until the discount period is over?
Thanks.

If you buy estate at half price, it's value is also going to rise at half price. If you're buying a house as a long-term investment, now's not a good time.

That said, the house interest has been nerfed into the ground. I think it's 1% over 2 weeks now? It would literally take years to get any return on your investment. On the other hand, if you're buying a house for estate/potions/slots, then go for it!

If you are planning to just sell the house for a profit, then don't bother buying it right now.

If you are planning to keep a skycastle at all times, then buy it now. If you want to always have a house then buy it now.

From my observations, the house's sell price starts off at 90% of its purchase value. Every week, the value increases by 0.5% of the purchase value (i.e. interest is not compounded). If you plan to always keep a skycastle at all times (i.e. you will eventually sell the house, but you will always re-buy it), it would take 220 weeks for the price of the houses to double. It is only at this point that the full price purchase would have made you as many tokens as the half price purchase (you would have gained 17500 in interest on the full purchase vs. 8750 on the half price purchase, giving you 8750 extra tokens in interest, which is the amount you originally saved for the half price purchase).

Basically:
  • If you want to buy the house just for the token interest, buy at full price.
  • A house will only make you profit if you play for at least another 20 weeks.
  • If you want to buy a house because you want a house and are planning to play the game for another 4.23 years, then buy at full price.
  • If you want to buy a house because you want a house and are planning to play the game for less than 4.23 years, buy it at half price.

This does not account for opportunity costs of not having the 8750 tokens saved on the half price purchase for 4.23 years (i.e. potentially missing out on sales). Or maybe you have everything you need and have enough tokens for everything you need that's going to come out for the next 4.23 years. In that case there is no opportinity cost.

Hello all. I decided to follow through in purchasing the Skycastle estate along with buying various new house items for my new estate grounds (ex: Skycastle Wheat Field)
However as I "Go Up" in the clouds I'm currently not able to fill out more of the spaces to add more house items? Why is that?

Feel free to have a look here:

    Thanks again.

Oh! I think that's because you would need the "Beanstalk" from the Estate Shop to go up and fill more of those spaces.

I do. Though after seeing your message I now have a feeling the amount of spaces I have available up top also has to do with the level of my beanstalk now that I think about it. Also after I looked at some other players' estates, it makes sense. Thanks!

noticed you dont have a museum in your estate, might think about getting one as well

I have one, but unfortunately it will take time to place as I have to wait on my Beanstalk to level up, amongst the many other spaces to fill with different stuff :/
