If you are talking about Ancient Duo, I would still suggest Pirate either solo or with guests. If you do not want to use temporary items, you need at least 400 points in your pet dragon (protection and Mischief maxed at least) and Chimera pet.

My stats were 200 END, 200 CHA and 45 LUK in that video.
Your first 10 turns skill rotation should look something like this >
Hero(Pirate):
Parrot > Counter(successfully block augahim otherwise, retry) > Target Practice > shield > plunder > unity/limeworks > lime aid > parrot > boost buff > shield
Pet:
Tail lash > Tail lash > tickles > primal fury > outrage> swap to chimera > shield > swap back to dragon > tail lash/heal > > tail lash/heal
To explain, you should always keep your shield for Gananana's 4th attack in a rotation so you can block that plus its nuke. Dodge Gananana's attacks as much as possible using blind. Elemental Unity Defender can be replaced with Limeworks or Chi Blast.
If you do not like my strategy, you could try Balt Soulweaver and get some temporary items and use the same skill rotations as TFS did in this video:

Comparing clear speed, the Balt Soulweaver is much faster. You should choose whichever strategy you think is better for you. Alternatively if you happen to have Chi Blast, you could use another strategy and that is with guests. You need at least 400 points in your dragon as well in Mischief(for the stun cheese) and fighting/magic and 600 if you want to beat it with your guests alive.

The strategy here is to decrease Gananana's All/immobility resist with Pirate and Dragon and stun it with Sir Leon. Nythera is there for the damage. Like I have suggested earlier, you will need Chi Blast for this to reliably work unfortunately.
