Based off what I've been googling/youtubing, the best SPells seem to be Sneak Strike and Terror Fist (though if there are any I may be overlooking let me know)
Though I have not been able to find forum links to the former that show stats (maybe I'm not looking hard enough? If so, sorry.)

Are these SPells meant only for STR/DEX builds or can mages with 0 STR use them as well?

I'd like to know the viability of the SPells in the meta, also with how Terror Fist can synergize with Terror Set equipment.

Mages can use them just fine AFAIK, but they aren't very meta-relevant I believe.

Actually, Sneak Strike is the least useful, at least as far as meta is concerned, and Terror Fist is best used by werewolves, who can stack the initial Fear.

If I had to say, Fire Dragon Talon is the best, not only imbuing your attack with fire, but also giving +50% damage. Terror Fist and Thunder Wave Blade are also imbues, good for pairing with WKZ. Dragonslayer Aura, paired with Dracomorgify, can give you void damage.

The SPells are useful for any skillcaster, Str or Int, allowing you to switch the elements of your attack to fire/dark/energy, along with a few nifty effects.

They can be pretty useful in meta - Rainbow Knight strat is literally using only WKZ for nukes, imbuing it with different elements.

Terror Fist synergizes very well with Terror Eater weapon - you can Eat Terror and inflict fear to eat during the next turn. The misc can be fairly helpful in inflicting said fear. Shield and armor are nice, but not necessary.
