Does the extra damage for the Necrotic Sword of Doom and the Archfiend set stack +96% (+51% +15% +15% +15%) or +130% (x1.51 x1.15 x1.15 x1.15) against all monsters? I don't have them yet, but I do have the Arch Doomknight set and Seppy's Doomknight armor.

No, they don't stack.

Boosts of the same "type" don't stack, "+dmg to all" is one type, so it doesn't stack with itself but stacks with any other type such as "+dmg to human" or "+dmg to undead" etc.
If you equipped BLOD and another piece of the AFDL set, you would get (1.75 * 1.15 = 2.0125) 101.25% extra damage.

When you have multiple boosts of the same type equipped, you will get the value of the last boosted item equipped, so in your example, if you equipped the +15% dmg item last, you will actually only deal 15% extra damage, to get the 50% extra damage, you will have to unequip NSOD and re-equip it again.
Try to keep this last fact in mind, some people aren't aware of it and it reduces their damage output by quite a bit.

So basically if I am farming for the NSoD as we speak it is pointless to farm for the Archfiend Doomlord set. Thanks for letting me know. :)

Well, it's still a good idea to farm for at least one piece of the set, since they can stack with other boosts.
You can't use NSOD and BLOD or other damage boosting weapons at the same time, so an AFDL item(helm or cape) will help when farming undead, dragons or other mobs with types.

in the server rewrite (& on the testing servers when they were available), different boosts stacked multiplicatively, but multiple of the same boosts stacked additively. e.g.

[NSoD + TLaPD 2017 Pet] x [SDKA + Arch Doomknight Helmet + Arch Doomknight Cape]
[1.51 + 1.15] x [1.5 + 1.25 + 1.25]
= +332% damage to humans

I just don't know if server rewrite is still happening. I'm out of the loop on that.
Regardless of the server, you can always use Tonics, Elixirs, Potions (/join alchemy), Scrolls (/join spellcraft), and other Consumables to buff ur damage further. Felicitous Philtre is a buyable potion that gives a huge increase to your crit chance & crit multiplier, and Dark Potion is relatively easy to obtain a lot of (if you have the Dark Box questline).
