In addition to Cysero's Superstore (speak to Cysero on the first screen after entering the store), you can purchase inventory space right from the Book of Lore that automatically opens whenever you first load the game; simply click the green 'Boosts' bookmark at the top right of the book, then click the bag with an arrow pointing upwards button in the bottom left corner.
