The option is there. Try visiting this page, it should mention a '2000 DragonCoins + Special Gear Set', as there are currently two sets offered at this price point (Sun God and Chaos Weaver). After clicking "Buy Coins", select the character you wish to receive the Chaos Weaver Set and then select the '2000 DC + Chaos Weaver Set : 2000 Points' option from the drop-down menu (if it isn't already selected). You should be able to proceed with whatever payment method you prefer as normal.
