Does the Chaosweaver items causes lag like the Dragon Scythe of the Elementals?

The scythe and helm are not animated and should not cause lag whatsoever; the cape has a relatively simple animation but may cause minimal lag depending on your specifications. None of these items compare to the multi-element switching, constant animation, and large surface area of the Dragon Scythe of the Elementals.
