I've noticed that when Super Charge is used on an opponent, the opponent does not appear to gain any Rage from the attack. I did some testing and discovered that this is in fact that case; the Rage bar is exactly the same before and after Super Charge. I know that Super Charge was buffed to give extra Rage to the user, but I wasn't aware it also prevented the opponent from gaining Rage. Is this intended, or a bug? If it is intended it seems too strong.
