So, the Thanksgiving Book is back!

Is there anything particularly good this season? A weapon, a helm, a cape or belt that's better than whatever you can get normally?

P.S. I have 3 characters to cover every build, between levels 9 and 51.

Bonehead is the best non-temporary healing pet in the game, but is a very difficult grind.
Zorbak's Thankstaking War offers a method of farming Unlucky Doom Essence that's slightly faster than the non-seasonal alternative if you're looking to upgrade a Doom Weapon or Deathknight accessories.

I also just went and updated the pastebin for useful seasonal content if you wish to have a reference going forward.

P.S. Is there any reason to use Bonehead over pet dragon or Twilly from Falconreach?

Bonehead heals much more often than pet dragon does, and because Twilly is temporary you can't switch to him in the middle of a quest or battle.
