Q, no drop subrace armors

Hi. My adventurer did all the quests for the vamp subrace thing, but he didnt get the no drop. Is it guardian only? He's level 70

Guardian only.

To clalrify, Guardians get a second subrace no drop accessible during battles, but Adventurers can access them outside of battle from the character vitals bar, More Settings and Adjust equipment Between Battles.
