I don't find any subs. Can someone tell me is it good and is it better than the fire Bloodzerker blade please?

It inflicts Thrmal Shock on special. Which is nice, but presuming a regular 20-proc, that means it's only good 10% of the time. I suggets keeping the bloodblade as your main fire weapon.
